Spaghetti Tower Challenge

In my group there was not necessarily a leader but i was mostly in control. In this activity i was the leader of my group. I was the leader because i was thinking of all the ideas we could do and suggesting ideas and telling people what to do. In my group was Valencia, Nicole, and Brandon .

In the begging of this activity we were all just thinking of ideas but about 2 minutes into the competition Brandon and myself started building the tower and while we were building Valencia was making the support for the tower and Nicole was kind of guiding her what to do and telling it would work or not. I think everyone was frustrated because are tower would not stand up by itself but i do think everyone was included and we all helped one way or another.

My team did not have a plan we kinda of just went fro it and tried to make a tower but it didn't really work i do not know how the other teams got there tower to stand up but are strategy did not work.

What i learned about myself in this group activity is that i like to control the situation and keep trying even though it fails. Over all i think i am a leader and think i like being a leader with group activity's. All though i do like being a leader and i do take charge in situations i need to work on communication because I am not the best and telling people that i am not friends with what to do.
